Delivery and Collection

1. Orders are delivered via courier to the address specified by the Customer in the order form, in accordance with the selected delivery method and payment method.
2. Order processing begins once the due payment amount has been credited to the Seller’s account. The shipment containing the ordered Goods is dispatched after the Seller receives confirmation that the Customer has successfully made the payment.
3. The total maximum order processing time generally does not exceed fourteen (14) business days; however, in no case shall it exceed thirty (30) days from the date the Sales Agreement is concluded.
4. The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery of the Goods resulting from the Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Furthermore, the Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier.
5. The Seller encloses a proof-of-purchase document—specifically, a fiscal receipt—with every shipment of Goods.

6.Upon receipt of a shipment delivered by a courier, the Customer should—in the presence of the carrier’s representative—inspect the condition of the outer packaging, the completeness of the shipment's contents, and the condition of the ordered Goods. If damage to the shipment is discovered, it is recommended that a damage report be drawn up jointly with the courier in two identical copies, signed by both the recipient and the courier.
