This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the Atelya Platform (atelyastudio.com) uses, and how you can manage your consent regarding their use. This Policy supplements the Atelya Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

  • Cookies are small text files saved on the Client's end device (computer, phone, tablet) while using the Platform. They allow the Platform to remember information about the Client's visit, such as preferred language, shopping cart contents, or login status.

To the extent that cookies involve the processing of personal data, the GDPR also applies; the legal basis for processing is then Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent) or, in the case of necessary cookies, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (Atelya’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the Platform).

4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies placed on the Platform originate from trusted third parties whose services Atelya uses, specifically:

  • Stripe — for payment processing and transaction security;
  • providers of analytics and marketing tools — subject to the Client's consent.

These entities may process data collected via cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these entities.

5. Managing consent and cookie settings

  • Upon the first visit to the Platform, the Client will see a banner allowing them to consent to specific categories of cookies (analytics, marketing) or to refuse consent. Necessary cookies are always used, as the Platform could not function correctly without them.
  • Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings available in the Platform's footer [link/description of settings location].
  • The Client may also manage cookies directly through their web browser settings, including blocking or deleting stored cookies. Please note that blocking certain cookies may prevent the use of some Platform features, including placing an order.

  • Atelya reserves the right to amend this Policy, particularly in response to changes in the tools used or changes in legal regulations. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Platform. - This Cookie Policy is effective from September 4, 2026.
