Right to Withdraw from the Sales Contract

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased Goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided that proof of purchase in the form of a fiscal receipt is presented.
  2. Returned Goods must not show signs of use, must be complete, and must retain their original tags. Upon the proper return of Goods in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall refund the price paid within seven (7) business days to the bank account specified by the Customer.
  3. Goods made to the Customer's individual order—specifically, made-to-measure products—are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. The Customer bears the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller. The Seller does not accept shipments sent via cash-on-delivery.

Complaints

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended), the Seller is liable to the Customer—where the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22¹ of the Civil Code—for any non-conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement. With respect to Customers who do not hold consumer status, the Seller’s liability is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: hello@eternite.com.pl. A properly submitted complaint must contain the Customer's identifying details (full name, mailing address, and e-mail address) and a detailed description of the problem forming the basis of the complaint. Complaints that do not include the specified information may not be processed by the Seller.
  3. Complaints regarding defects in the Goods should be reported to the Seller without delay, and no later than two (2) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
  4. The Seller shall process the complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the shipment containing the Goods subject to the complaint. The Customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint procedure electronically via the provided e-mail address or by telephone.
  5. If the Seller fails to take a position regarding the complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the Goods subject to the complaint, the complaint shall be deemed to have been resolved in the Customer's favor.
  6. The Seller shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use or use of the offered products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. 7. Minor color discrepancies between the presentation of the Product in the online store and its actual appearance, resulting from technical factors, do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
  7. Damage to the shipment occurring during transport will be considered only if reported to the courier or postal service representative at the time of delivery.
  8. If a complaint is deemed justified, the Seller will provide the Customer with a defect-free Product (repaired or new). If replacement or repair is not possible, the Seller will offer the Customer an alternative Product as a substitute or refund the full amount paid for the product subject to the complaint.
  9. If the complaint is rejected, the Product will be returned to the Customer along with the justification for the decision to reject the complaint.
