Returns policy
- A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of the date the Goods were delivered. To meet this deadline, simply log in to your customer account and provide the email address used for the order. A code will be sent to that email address; this code must be entered before the deadline expires.
- The returned Goods must be properly secured and packaged, and sent back complete and in an undamaged condition to the Seller’s address: MoiOla, ul. Europejska 60B, 05-800 Pruszków.
- Goods subject to return must retain their original protective elements and tags. The Goods must be clean, free of odors, and show no signs of use (e.g., antiperspirant marks, foundation stains, stretching, etc.).
- Products made to a customer's individual order—involving personalization (such as altering standard lengths or colors at the customer's request)—are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the agreement is deemed null and void. The Seller will refund the price paid by the Customer for the purchased Product(s) using the same payment method originally used by the Customer, within 14 days of the date the returned Goods are delivered.
- The Buyer bears the cost of returning the Goods. The Customer is also liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods. - The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the Product in the event that the returned Product is damaged, the return is made after the permitted deadline, or an incomplete Product is delivered to the Store.
- In the case of purchasing related products subject to a “bundle discount,” the promotional price applies only if all products in the bundle are purchased. The discount does not apply if only part of the bundle is returned.
