Shipping policy
.Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the Order.
.The Seller makes every effort to ensure the order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The order dispatch time is up to 3 business days from the day the Order is accepted for processing. The order processing period begins on the day payment is received. If different processing times apply to the Products included in the Order, the longest applicable period applies to the entire Order, and the consumer will be notified of this.
.The order processing time is calculated from the moment payment authorization is successfully obtained.
If the Customer chooses to pay via bank transfer or payment card, the time is calculated from the day the Seller’s bank account is credited.
.During discount sales periods, the Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery waiting time to up to 7 business days.
.Ordered Goods are delivered via courier services (DHL, InPost) and to InPost parcel lockers. Delivery costs are clearly specified during the order placement process and are visible below the list of selected products. The total amount payable by the Customer comprises the price of all ordered products plus the delivery cost.
.The Seller fulfills orders within the European Union.
.The delivery time after the shipment is collected by the carrier depends on the delivery method selected by the Customer and is determined by the terms and conditions of the respective carriers.
.The recording, securing, and making available to the Customer of the essential terms of the Goods sales agreement, as well as the provision of confirmation thereof, shall be effected by sending a confirmation to the Customer’s provided e-mail address and by enclosing a printed confirmation, order specification, receipt, or VAT invoice with the shipment containing the Goods.
.In the event of orders not being fulfilled due to the Customer's fault—specifically in cases of unjustified refusal to accept the ordered goods or the provision of an incorrect or imprecise address preventing delivery—the Seller reserves the right to charge the Customer for costs incurred in connection with the order's processing and for the actual costs of transporting the goods (including return transport).
