Shipping policy
- The Seller provides delivery services exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Available delivery methods:
- courier service;
- delivery to a parcel locker.
- Delivery is subject to a fee. Delivery costs are displayed to the Customer during the order placement process, prior to finalization.
- Lead time and shipping
- The order lead time (production/sewing of the Goods) is 10–14 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
The carrier’s delivery time (typically 1–3 business days) should be added to this lead time.
- In the case of an order consisting of several items with different lead times, the order will be dispatched once the production of all items is complete.
- The Seller will notify the Customer via email when the order has been dispatched, providing a tracking number.
- Delivery is considered complete at the moment the Goods are handed over to the Customer or a person authorized by the Customer.
