In accordance with online sales regulations, private individuals have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving their order.

Please be advised that, pursuant to Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, in the event of contract withdrawal, the buyer bears the costs of packaging, securing, and shipping the item back to the seller. Returns via 24/7 parcel lockers are not covered by free return policies; in this instance, the buyer also covers all costs associated with the return.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN:

• Goods ordered for a business entity for which a VAT invoice was issued.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• In accordance with Article 34, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

• The return shipment must include a document confirming the transaction (e.g., a receipt) and a contract withdrawal form.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts involving a Product delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery; once the packaging is opened, the goods cannot be returned.

Returned goods must be shipped with adequate protective packaging to prevent damage, cracks, or breakage. Improperly secured goods may result in a reduction of their value. For hygiene reasons, the Seller does not accept returns of cosmetics that have been used, tested, or are missing their original factory seals.

We kindly request that you pack the products in the original packaging in which you received them, including all tags. Please also enclose the receipt and the contract withdrawal form. Including the form and receipt in the shipment will expedite the return process, allowing you to receive your refund sooner.
