Right of Withdrawal

1. Customers purchasing from the ulkataodszycia.pl store who qualify as consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Returns are not possible for purchases of fabrics and any items made to order (i.e., items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized).

1. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller—Spektrum Maciej Łęgowski, Nałkowskiej 9/12, 93-262 Łódź, Tax ID (NIP): 9820264688, REGON: 383985387, e-mail address: madenew4u@op.pl—of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail).

1. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1. Please send back or hand over the goods to us at the address: Spektrum Maciej Łęgowski, Nałkowskiej 9/12, 93-262 Łódź, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Online Store Complaint Policy

1. In the event that the purchased product does not conform to the contract or has physical defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on:

a) the regulations set forth in the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended), in cases where the product does not conform to the contract,
b) the regulations set forth in the Civil Code regarding statutory warranty for defects.

1. To file a complaint, the Customer is required to notify the store via email at madenew4u@op.pl and subsequently proceed in accordance with the instructions received.

1. When specifying claims under the procedure set out in Art. 1(a), the Customer has the right to request that the product be brought into conformity with the contract through repair or replacement free of charge, unless repair or replacement is impossible or entails excessive costs. If the Store is unable to fulfill the specified claims, the Customer has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.

1. When specifying claims under the procedure set out in Art. 1(b), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or demand a price reduction. The Customer may not withdraw from the contract if the Store immediately—and no later than within 14 days—replaces the defective item with a defect-free item or immediately remedies the defects. This limitation does not apply if the item has already been replaced or repaired by the Store, unless the defects are minor.

1. The Store is liable for the non-conformity of the consumer product with the contract (Art. 1 para. a) only in the cases and under the conditions specified by law.

1. The Store is liable for product defects under the statutory warranty (Art. 1 para. b) in the cases and under the conditions specified by law.

1. The Store shall process complaints within 14 days of the date of receipt of the complaint notification together with the complete product subject to the complaint.

1. The Store reserves the right to reject a complaint if the Customer has made any modifications to the product.

1. The Store reserves the right to reject a complaint in the following cases: sole fault of the user, mechanical damage, improper maintenance, or use of the product contrary to the instructions.

1. Shipping costs for the product subject to the complaint shall be reimbursed to the Customer within 14 days of the date the complaint is accepted, provided the complaint is upheld.
