Shipping policy
We partner with InPost (courier and parcel locker services) to ensure the highest standard of service. This allows your order to reach you within 24 hours of dispatch (within Poland).
Delivery costs are covered by the customer; the fee for InPost courier or parcel locker delivery within Poland is 18.99 PLN.
Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our store confirming that your order status has been updated to "Shipped," as well as an email from the carrier containing shipment details and a tracking number.
We pack all orders in line with the #zerowaste philosophy. We do not use plastic, opting instead for materials such as paper tape. We ensure our packaging is secure, protecting the contents from potential damage during transit, as well as from moisture or other external factors beyond our control.
