Returns policy
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the package. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and have their original tags.
Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice must be included with the returned item.
The mecomplete.pl store does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. When returning items via Poczta Polska, select the "parcel post" option, not a letter. We do not accept packages from post offices or parcel lockers.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately refund your money to the account number provided within 14 business days.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Please be advised that we do not cover customs clearance costs* for parcels shipped from outside the European Union.
In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced by the customs clearance costs.
*Customs duty is charged on Polish Post parcels exceeding €100 and sent as returns.
COMPLAINTS
Our products are warranted for 12 months. If you notice any manufacturing defects during this time, you can file a complaint. To do so, return the product with proof of purchase to:

Returns are not eligible for:
- mechanical damage,
- damage to decorative elements,
- damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's cleaning and maintenance instructions.
Please note that the returned goods are at your own expense. In the event of a justified return, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value item. If this is not possible, we will refund your purchase price. We guarantee to respond to all return requests within 14 days.
