Returns policy
.You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to withdraw from the sales contract.
- Complete the contract withdrawal form available here: link (if you are unable to print the form, write it by hand as in the file attached below. Remember to include all information).
- Pack the products you want to return.
If you are returning all products from the order, attach proof of purchase (receipt) and a withdrawal form. Secure your products well during transport.
- Send your parcel via Wygodne Zwroty.
Go to the CONVENIENT RETURNS page where you can send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can drop off your parcel at a parcel locker or other courier points.
- Wait for your refund.
We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used during the purchase.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS:
I. All products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, by mail to the address indicated at the bottom of the page.
II. The courier envelope in which you receive your order has a double adhesive strip and can be used to return the order.
III. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
IV. You can return several orders in one shipment. Please include a separate return form with each returned order.
V. The returned product must not show any signs of use:
– Dirt, dust, odors, washing;
– Damage;
VI. We do not send e-mail notifications informing about the receipt of a return shipment - please keep the parcel tracking number.
VII. We will refund the payment within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.
VIII. The form of refund will be the same as the form of payment.
IX. After the return is rejected (due to damage to the product, dirt, signs of use, washing or sending back after the statutory deadline), we will send information to the e-mail address provided in the order that the return of the product has not been accepted.
X. Within 7 business days, the product will be sent back to the indicated return address after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account indicated in the e-mail.
XI. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or delivered in person.
XII. Products purchased in our online store cannot be returned to stationary stores where our products are available.
