Returns policy
If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days by registering the return via the "Wygodne Zwroty" (Convenient Returns) website. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer.
Returned items must be free of any signs of use and must still have their original paper tags attached. Products that do not meet these requirements will either be sent back to the buyer, or the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of restoring the items to their original condition.
Return process step-by-step:
1) Within 14 days of receiving your package, register your return via "Wygodne Zwroty" by following the provided instructions, and pay for the return shipment.
2) Print and complete the return form (link to the form here). If you do not have access to a printer, you may write out the required information by hand. Please include the completed form in your package; this will significantly expedite the return process.
3) Pack the item, include the form, and send the package to us.
4) Once we have received your return and approved it, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
