Individual customers have the right to return goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The Store reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows defects or signs of use, lacks original tags, or if the return is made after the deadline. We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD).
Please notify the Store of your intention to return an item by sending an email to pracowniafela@gmail.com.
Unworn items with all tags attached, along with the completed form (available here), must be sent via courier to the following address:
ul. Dąbrowskiego 75/39, 60-523 Poznań within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Store receives the returned goods. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the refund will be issued using the same payment method selected when the order was placed. In the event of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If an order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of the return shipment. CLAIMS
Our products are handmade using traditional tailoring techniques and premium-quality materials. Each product undergoes a quality check before shipment.
- If, despite our efforts, an oversight has occurred, please contact us at pracowniafela@gmail.com.
- Providing a description of the issue, your order number, and photographs will help us respond promptly regarding the next steps of the claim process (we will reply within 14 days). Claims cover only defects and damage not resulting from improper use of the product.

- If the claim is accepted, we will strive to resolve the issue in the way that is most beneficial to you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repair, a refund, or another form of compensation.
