Return
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original condition—with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To make a return, please fill out the return form and include it in the shipment.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the package and successful verification.
The customer bears the cost of returning the product.

Exchange
You may exchange the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in pristine condition, showing no signs of use, and with all tags attached.
In the event of an exchange:
the customer covers the cost of shipping the item back to us,
the customer covers the cost of the replacement shipment.
The exchange process takes up to 14 days from receipt of the shipment.
