Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Time

  1. The order fulfillment time is up to 14 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description.
  1. The fulfillment time includes preparing the order for shipment.
  1. If it is not possible to fulfill the order within the aforementioned timeframe, the Seller will notify the Customer electronically.

Delivery

  1. Deliveries are carried out via courier companies and logistics operators partnering with the Store, specifically: a) InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty), b) InPost Courier, c) DPD / DHL.
  1. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days from the moment of shipment, depending on the selected delivery method.
  1. The Store is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
